    Monday

    THERAPEUTIC YOGA
    w/ Melissa
    4:00–5:00pm

    MONDAY FLOW
    w/ Sam
    5:45–7pm

    Sam loves teaching a strong, vinyasa flow-style class, so come prepared to put in some work. Class will kick off with a solid warm-up and sun salutations, lead into more complex poses, and will wrap up with a short breath practice and a lengthy final relaxation. This flow might be challenging, but Sam will keep an emphasis on breath and engagement in the poses to focus your mind and cultivate a mind-body connection. Monday’s class will be similar to Friday, but he’ll dial down the intensity.

    Tuesday

    MORNING PRACTICE
    w/ Amanda
    10:00-11:00

    MELLOW-ER YOGA PRACTICE
    w/ Kavita
    6:15–7:30pm

    Find the time and space to chill out with a gentle, mindful yoga practice. This class is even more mellow than our mellow class (hence, mellow-er), and might be the perfect way to wind down your day and roll right into your evening routine.

    Wednesday

    FUNCTIONAL YOGA PRACTICE
    w/ Shane
    4:00–5:00pm

    This class leans into functional movements and sprinkles them into your yoga practice. Get ready to squat, hinge, lunge and twist to feel better in your body and move better off your mat.

    ADVANCED (IDEAS) PRACTICE
    w/ Natalie
    5:45–7:00pm

    This class requires familiarity with an active yoga practice. While you won’t find yourself moving through hundreds of chaturangas or putting your leg behind your head, we will take ideas and concepts from foundational poses into more advanced postures and movement combinations.

    Thursday

    MELLOW YOGA PRACTICE
    w/ Natalie
    6:15–7:30pm

    Wind down your evening with some rest and gentle movement. In this class we'll work our way through a slow flow with some targeted mobility work, and end with a Restorative pose or two with time for an extra long savasana. Mmmm, mmmm.

    Friday

    FRIDAY FLOW
    w/ Sam
    5:45–7:00pm

    Saturday

    YOGA + PRANAYAMA

    10:30am–12:00pm

    In this class we’ll move through an active practice, cool down to transition into a pranayama practice — or breathing exercises — and save space for a luxurious final relaxation at the end.
