THERAPEUTIC YOGA
w/ Melissa
4:00–5:00pm
MONDAY FLOW
w/ Sam
5:45–7pm
Sam loves teaching a strong, vinyasa flow-style class, so come prepared to put in some work. Class will kick off with a solid warm-up and sun salutations, lead into more complex poses, and will wrap up with a short breath practice and a lengthy final relaxation. This flow might be challenging, but Sam will keep an emphasis on breath and engagement in the poses to focus your mind and cultivate a mind-body connection.
MORNING PRACTICE
w/ Amanda
10:00-11:00
SLOW MOTION YOGA PRACTICE
w/ Kavita
6:15–7:30pm
Kavita has created a class to help us show down. Tap into your own inner calm with the help of long, Yin-like holds, moments for meditation and sensing into your body, and maybe even some chanting. Don’t be surprised if you experience deep relaxation and some good rest. This class is open to anyone in need of a pause — no experience required.
FUNCTIONAL YOGA PRACTICE
w/ Shane
4:00–5:00pm
"Your classes are Yoga-ish." -Anonymous Student
This class leans into functional movements and sprinkles them into your yoga practice. Get ready to squat, hinge, lunge and twist to feel better in your body and move better off your mat.
ADVANCED (IDEAS) PRACTICE
w/ Natalie
5:45–7:00pm
This class requires familiarity with an active yoga practice. While you won’t find yourself moving through hundreds of chaturangas or putting your leg behind your head, we will take ideas and concepts from foundational poses into more advanced postures and movement combinations.
FRIDAY FLOW
w/ Sam
5:45–7:00pm
Sam’s favorite asanas are the ones that challenge his balance — poses that require strength, focus, and dedicated practice. So why not have class to practice them regularly?
In this class, we’ll balance on our hands, on our feet, upside down, and right-side up. While the pose may be a challenge, the real assignment is to find ease and keep a clear connection with your breath through the effort.
Class will begin with sun salutations and move into targeted prep-work for the pose of the day. After catching some hang time, we’ll cool down and finish with savasana. What better way to kick off your weekend?!
It’s a good idea to have some yoga practice under your belt for this class, but you don’t need any prior experience with hand balances or inversions. Come with an open mind and prepared to try something new!
